Our creative vision of peanut butter cookies. They are also Egg-less and Flour-less to.
Of course can substitute the peanut butter for Wow butter or other Soy alternative if peanuts are a no no.
What happens when a toddler helps to pick ingredients for cookies .
CAUTION SWEETNESS OVERLOAD :)
1/2 C of Brown Sugar
1 C of Icing Sugar
1 C of Peanut Butter
1/2 C of Coconut
2 TBSP of Vanilla (turned into tablespoons since that was what my toddler got out of the drawer so we went with it )
Put it all in a bowl and mix to incorporate together. Preheat oven to 325.
Roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet .
Use a fork and swish down . Best part is they do not spread .
Place them in the 325 oven and cook for 13-15 min .
Once done they must cool completely or they will crumble . Just leave them on the cookie sheet .
Yielded 21 for me , just depends on how big or small you roll the balls .
(though to big and they wont hold together and may crumble regardless)
Finished. Cooked to perfect golden perfection .
