Unfortunately in the middle of a panic attack , so today I am going through things I love. Normally you are to look for 5 things to concentrate on to help talk you down but I am going with 10. Of course there may be some repeats (try not to ), from past days but it is what it is.

2) the joy from Zach making a toy tree today. So funny how much joy it brought him . Thank you thank you thank you
3) Thankful for Nachos , I love nachos lovvveeee nachos . Thank you thank you thank you
4) I am thankful for graham cracker bottom , cherry cheesecake , the really yummy whipped cream cheese centre with lots of whipped topping . Thank you Thank you Thank you
5) I am thankful for the Minebuster at Canada's wonderland. I have so many childhood memories with that ride love it . Thank you thank you thank you
( just a side this exercise has helped and there is now some calm washing in , time for breathing exercises lol )
6) I am thankful for Mckintosh toffee . Thank you Thank you Thank you
7) I am thankful for embroidery thread and all that I can make with it . Thank you Thank you Thank you
8) I am thankful for the prospect of finding someone ( a male someone) to complement our lives Thank you thank you thank you .
9) I am thankful for our fish goldie, fishy ( whatever name he has each day.) thank you thank you thank you
10) I am thankful for all the time with my Whiskers kitty. 2 years past now but she was a huge part of our lives and grateful for each minute thank you thank you thank you
