Laurel
Creek Series #1
by
Hildie McQueen
Genre:
Contemporary Western Romance
Haunted
by PTSD and a failed marriage, Luke Hamilton returns home to Laurel,
Montana. Going home isn’t an easy fix, but it beats ending up in

to set things right, but soon his old demons rear their ugly heads
and he realizes it's the wrong time to enter any relationship.
Leah
Morgan’s experience in the corporate world has prepared her to
prosper her father’s ranch in Montana. She knows everyone expects
her to fail, but nothing will stop her from turning the ranch around
and selling it to the highest bidder – especially not a rancher.
The quicker she closes the deal, the sooner she can get out of Laurel
and move on with her career.
But
when Luke and Leah cross paths, they both discover that starting over
can be a complicated business.

The Twilight Court Series Tour and Giveaway!
Fairy-Struck
Twilight
Court Series Book 1
by
Amy Sumida
Genre:
Urban Fantasy RH Romance
From the Award Winning author of The Godhunter Series comes an exciting new Urban Fantasy series!
Would
you like to hear a real fairy tale? A story about the war between us
and them. A war which led to a truce and a truce which led to the
creation of a secret society. There are councils you know nothing
about, councils of fairies and of humans who write laws which govern
us both. Laws you also know nothing about, yet you are held
accountable to them. If you break these laws, the Wild Hunt of Fairy
will come for you, but don't worry too much, it's hard to break laws
concerning things you don't believe in. Fairies tend to break the
truce more than humans and that's where I come in. I'm part of a
military force which monitors the Fey. When they cross the line we
extinguish their light... permanently. I'm Extinguisher Seren Sloane
and I can tell you a real fairy's tale, if you're brave enough to
listen.
This
is a slow building Reverse Harem series–multiple men with one
woman. The series becomes RH in book 6.

Oh Susannah: Things That Go Bump Tour and Giveaway
Per FTC guidelines, I am disclosing partnership with The Children’s Book Review and Carole P. Roman. This is a compensated post.
ABOUT THE BOOK
Oh Susannah: Things That Go Bump
Written by Carole P. Roman
Illustrated by Mateya Arkova
Publisher’s Synopsis: Susannah Maya Logan is not having a good day. She doesn’t want to go to her best friend, Lola’s sleepover. Susannah thinks the house is big and spooky, not to mention the ghost that is said to live there. Lola’s big brother, Kai, loves to tease Susannah with scary stories. Throughout her day, she sees people deal with things that scare them. Her sight-impaired friend, Macy, is terrified of unicorns, of all things. She sees a boy at a party who’s frightened of clowns. Her teacher is afraid of getting a cold. Susannah realizes everybody is scared of something. She wishes she was more like Lola, who is not afraid of anything, or so it seems. Susannah discovers people have different ideas of what is scary and what is not, and only they can determine the difference. Join Susannah as she learns to confront her fears and not let her imagination prevent her from having fun.
Ages 7-10 | Publisher: Chelshire | July 11, 2017 | ISBN-13: 978-1947188136

REVIEWI have been lucky enough to have already reviewed for Carole before, and her series If You Were Me and Lived In .. books are fabulous. So I was excited to get to read Oh Susannah: Things That Go Bump. Especially since it hints on some supernatural so right up my alley and that of my son. (though I was fooled by the cover) . The book is a longer read and not a picture book , but only 10 small chapters. Of course we started out reading together and without pictures my little guy lost interest so mommy read it herself. Which was nice since I could read in peace and quiet and really give the book it's fair due. Zach falls a little short of the intended age range for kids , 7-10. I find that perfect aged for this book. The book provides a lesson in a round about way , about the use of expression and how it doesn't always mean the literal. Very cute life lesson for Susannah and such a fun little story about a surprise for a young girl.
I love how it evoked some memories about sleep overs when I was little. So fun I would have been the brother Kai's character , scary mischeif.
Carole adds substance to her writings and I said before , these books are great for Homeschooling families as they contain teachable moments in the cutest of ways.
