Day 322 of 365 Days of Life and Stuffz

 

I love this tree. A Japanese maple I believe. Not entirely sure but love it. Grabbed some leaves while doing yard work work today. 

some crispy kale chips. Took 4 hours in dehydrator. 

 A mass of fall root veggies. Parsnips, sweet potato, leeks, and either turnip or maybe horseradish. I will know when I eat tomorrow. House smelled amazing. Everything just lightly coated with just oil and salt. 

Have a few parsnips left so want to make an apple parsnip cream soup or something.
